The job was to represent company on different legal and business platforms and design the marketing, promotional and visual strategies for the company and take care of media publications. Coordinating and improving relations with other firms and clients. The job was not only to manage the public relations wing but also managing the design wing of the company.
9 June – 18 June 2008 Team member of project: vision for Girne 2015, Girne Municipality, Girne,North Cyprus. (Summer Internship II)
This was the initial stage of a project, where it consisted on providing a theoretical platform and looking forward to sharing the proposals of this platform through a public participation meeting with the people of Girne as well as its application if and when possible. The contents of the workshop have been planning the vision for the city of Girne for 2015 as well as proposing a new slogan that best suit Girne. One of the main aims for the team was to handle an urban scale and to predict large scale changes for a very fast growing city.
2 April – 12 May 2008 Team member of project: Camelot Beach Resort for Girne American University, Girne, North Cyprus.
The job required to complete the site plan of the Girne American University Beach Club Resort (Camelot). It consisted on proposing a new site plan with 20 new accommodations (Bungalow Types) taking into account the existing restaurant and beach layout.
17 june-7 sept-2007 Assistant Architect at EMCO Engineering Consultants, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (Summer Internship I)
The job was to assist the chief architect in the firm, in which I participated to the design of few projects under his advices and supervision. The projects were mainly residential taking into consideration 2 main aspects of design. On one hand we had to work on hierarchy of spaces keeping in mind that privacy was a way of living. On the other hand climatic conditions were extreme and we had to combine theses two factors to provide the best proposals in design.

Spring 2009 One day concept of ideas workshop, Girne American University (North Cyprus) hosted a joint academic workshop with Middle East Technical University (Turkey).
Unity was the topic of a one day brainstorming proposal among students from two different universities for the elevation of the old harbor of Girne. The aim of the workshop was to challenge visiting students at the same time to collaborate together to come up with a better elevation design.
Spring 2008 Kinder Cube Design Workshop, Organized by Girne American University (North Cyprus)
The aim of the workshop was to design a space for kids as a play ground aging between 3-5 years. Students had to propose the design as well the making model 1/1 scale construction of the space. The whole concept was based on a competition between the groups for an award.
Spring 2006 3R (Recycle-Redesign-Reuse) Workshop, Girne American University (North Cyprus) hosted a joint Academic workshop with Gazi University(Turkey) and University of Antalya(Turkey).
The aim of the workshop was to use recycled materials and Redesign and build 1/1 scale elements such as street furniture/sculpture/clothing/stage design and others. Along with the workshop there was a competition to propose a new entrance gate to the Girne American University it was a very challenging as we had to all work under a lot of pressure. The workshop was held under the guidance of the lecturers from all three universities ending with an exhibition in the courtyard of the campus of Girne American University, with a fashion show using the recycled materials for costumes.
